I’m proud to say I’m living in my dream home.
After searching for four years, I found this beautiful 320 sqm villa just 50 minutes outside Oslo. It immediately felt full of possibility, with a large living room filled with windows, a greenhouse, a summerhouse, a newly built garage, a big garden, and a spacious basement in good condition. It still feels a bit surreal to say that it cost less than my 80 sqm apartment in Sagene, Oslo. That alone felt absurd, and it made it very easy to say goodbye to the intensity of Oslo and step into something slower, closer to nature, more grounded, and more alive.
Since moving here, I’ve slowly shaped the house into something utterly unique. It has been a beautiful creative process of figuring things out along the way, from laying tiles to growing tomatoes, embracing mistakes and failures, and learning how to ask help from my family, friends and community.
People often ask how I designed it, and truth is it has always been my gut feeling. Everything has come from intuition. That way of working is also what has made this place feel so alive and so mine. It has become a home in the deepest sense, a place where I can play, create, and let my more artistic side come out. And it feels like this is only the beginning, with many more projects already in the making.

The villa is designed as a colourful sanctuary. A place to come back into your body, soften your nervous system, and remember a different rhythm of being. It holds both stillness and expression, silence and play.
Inside you’ll find a hand built sauna, decadent bathtub, grand piano, plenty of cuddle spaces and a sensory play dungeon designed for curiosity, exploration, and embodied experience. The outdoor space expands everything further in summer, offering room to rest, harvest, gather, and move.

Rental Possbilities
There is something different that happens when people step into a house rather than a rented hall or a club space. The nervous system softens. People settle. Conversation deepens. Connection becomes easier, less performed. In a time where so much social life happens through loud environments or fast consumption, there is something quietly powerful about gathering in a private home.
I am open to a wide range of uses for the space, including retreats, photoshoots, workshops, celebrations, creative work, and intimate gatherings. Anything that supports deeper connection, expression, and a sense of liberation and community.
The house can host up to around 80 people for gatherings, depending on format. It is not designed for everyone to be in one room at the same time, but rather to be used across its different floors and zones. For workshops or facilitated work, splitting groups across levels tends to work especially well.
There are three bedrooms with double beds, plus additional sleeping areas in the basement, garage, and other flexible spaces. In total, around 25 people can sleep comfortably, with some variation depending on setup and comfort level. Tenting is also possible outside for more sleeping possibilities and we have had our own retreat with 50 people which was still spacious.
Pricing depends on group size, duration, and whether it is an overnight stay. Cleaning is an additional cost unless the group prefers to organise it internally to reduce expenses.
The house is not wheelchair accessible, and there is an allergy friendly cat living on the property.
If this feels aligned, share your idea, number of guests, timing, and intention, and we can see if it is a good fit. I am quite flexible and open to find creative solutions.
